They are so thorough with the preparation of the home, advertising, photography, repairs, showing and screening applicants, and the on-going management once the home is rented. They have the best rates of any property management company. I am so glad to know of a terrific company I can refer with complete confidence to anyone needing to rent out their property, or needing to rent a home for themselves. I've worked with this company for a year now and my experience has been nothing but excellent. I first worked with Margaret who was always a joy to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable at her job, efficient at getting my property listed and rented out in a timely manner. Their vetting process is very thorough, and brings excellent prospects to the table. Doug helped me with a slight legal problem that came up with an animal issue, and it was a relief to know I had someone who cared about my property as much as I did. And then there's Hope. She has helped resolve so many issues that have come up and is always pleasant to work with. She's a problem solver, she'll work at an issue until she finds a result that is satisfactory to both landlord and tenant, at a reasonable cost. I can't say enough about how pleasant it is to have her to work with! Their customer service all around is excellent, I highly recommend Lexington PMC for your property management needs!
