I've been a tenant in my home for 4 years and recently Lexington has become the new Property Management company. I cannot say enough kind words for Margaret. She is very easy to talk too, understanding, and fast in responding. I've recently had a maintenance request regarding the broken sprinklers. The gardeners continually ignored the broken sprinklers. I called them directly to fix them and they were never fixed. We told Margaret about the ongoing issue and she addressed this issue immediately and it was fixed within their next visit! It may seem like a minor issue but there was water leakage and the grass was turning brown so we were beyond thankful for her help!! We are very happy knowing we have Margaret as a contact for our property management company and know any further issues will be taken care of. Thank you Margaret for all your help and kindness!
