I've lived in Los Angeles for 15 years now and have dealt with a number of different property management companies over that timespan. I can honestly say Lexington has by far been the most courteous, professional, and quick to respond management company I've ever experienced in California. Overall, they just handle everything so much better than any other company I have dealt with.
They really do care about their tenants and want them to be happy in a fully functioning home, which is exactly how all management companies should be. Unfortunately that's just not the case, but with Lexington you can be assured that you will be taken care of quickly and respectfully.
We had a different management company prior to Lexington taking over my current residence, and the difference between the two companies has literally been night and day. The fast response time plus the overall level of consistent & reliable building maintenance and upkeep that Lexington makes sure to always stay immediately on top of, is better than any other management company I've dealt with in the past. Any issues/questions/concerns I've ever had have always been immediately addressed by Lexington, and I am grateful for their wonderful service. You can tell they really genuinely care about their tenants, and that's really a great thing.
The main representative I contact and speak with whenever any type of issue or concern arises, her name is Hope Korey, and she is an absolute gem!
Not only is she kind, caring, and thoughtful, but she is always consistent and follows through with every promise she makes. And she doesn't just follow through with her word, she will even take the time to follow up afterwards to make sure everything was handled properly! It's very obvious that Hope really cares about the tenants Lexington resides over.
She has a wonderful energy and presence about her that's just infectious in such a great way. You can't help but have a happier day or be in a better mood whenever you interact with her! That's a rare quality that many people don't have. But Hope has that total 'it' factor when it comes to being helpful and supportive, and I think all my neighbors would agree with me when I say we are very happy & grateful to know we can always rely on her. Every interaction we've ever had has always been an absolute pleasure.
